Mother’s Day High Tea and Flower Workshop

We are thrilled to host a special once a year Autumn High Tea and flower arranging event at Collector Cottage where you can enjoy a delightful and generous high tea, a spread of carefully selected sweets and savouries made by local and Canberra artisans.

We will begin with a floral demonstration by award winning owner, grower and florist Rachel Torrealba from Collector Cottage followed by your chance to make your own arrangement using Paper Daisies and other seasonal dry flowers grown right here in Collector. The vessel you will be styling with is hand-made by Rachel using vines and willow branches.

Whether it’s an opportunity for friends to get together for a catch up or maybe you are a mother and daughter, son and mother looking for a special experience pre Mother’s Day, you will make memories to cherish at this special event.

Once you have made your arrangement it will take centre stage at a luscious and beautiful table styled with an autumn theme as inspiration for you to sit and enjoy your high tea.
