Mother’s Day Bouquet
By purchasing a Mother’s Day Bouquet for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following flower subscription Terms & Conditions as the recipient.
Payment for Flower Subscription
I understand that once I purchase the Mother’s Day Bouquet, there are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of my order once purchased.
Purchasers may choose to find an alternate person to deliver to.
The alternate person will pay the original purchaser directly. I (the purchaser) understand that I am responsible for informing Collector Cottage if such a transfer occurs.
Collector Cottage Events
Payment
I understand that once I sign up and pay for my ticket, I have secured my place in the Collector Cottage Subscription for the respective event.
There are no refunds, either full or partial, or rainchecks. Tickets can be transferred to another person in the event the original ticket holder cannot attend.
Dependent children are welcome if the workshop being held says children welcome otherwise it is adults only.
The other person will pay the original ticket holder directly. I (the purchaser) understand that I am responsible for informing Collector Cottage (rachel@collectorcottage.com.au) if such a transfer occurs.
Dahlia Tubers
By purchasing Dahlia Tubers from Collector Cottage you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
You will provide the correct information and contact details.
You will make payment at the time of order.
You understand your tubers will be posted once Collector Cottage believes the tuber gives initial signs it is viable and has a sprouted eye.
Refunds are available in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note whilst every care is taken to provide viable tubers and the correct tubers, we do not guarantee your tuber will flower.
Whilst we take all care, should a case arise where a mislabelled tuber is supplied, please contact us. Refunds for incorrectly labeled tubers will be attended to on a case-by-case basis. Please use the contact form to bring your request to our attention.
Darling Dahlias Subscription
By purchasing a Collector Cottage Flower Subscription for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following flower subscription Terms & Conditions as the recipient.
Payment for Flower Subscription
I understand that once I sign up and pay for my membership (VIP or Bounty), I have secured my place in the Collector Cottage Subscription for the respective season.
There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of my flower subscription once purchased.
Members may choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of the season’s share, and the share ownership will be transferred to the alternate person.
The alternate person will pay the original shareholder directly. I (the purchaser) understand that I am responsible for informing Collector Cottage if such a transfer occurs.
Start Dates
I understand that Mother Nature works on her own clock and seasonal conditions may vary therefore start dates may vary for your subscription. We will ensure to notify you of the change of date if this occurs.
I understand that it is my responsibility to contact Collector Cottage via email at rachel@collectorcottage.com.au if I am not receiving notifications near the projected start date.
Receiving my flower Subscription
I understand that my flowers will be delivered weekly.
If I am out of town, I understand that it is my responsibility to find someone to receive my flowers.
The first flower delivery will come with a complimentary vase. The remaining deliveries will be delivered without a vase.
I understand that I am responsible for leaving out a container/bucket filled halfway with fresh water for my flowers to be placed in once delivered.
